The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and chinaitours.com (CIT). By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this web site.

This site is owned and operated by www.chinaitours.com. CIT reserves the copyrights for all the textual, graphical and other web content produced by or for itself. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of CIT. USE OF SITE
You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
AGE
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Website. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by You.
RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of CIT and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. CIT is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, including those based in negligence, whether actual, incidental or consequential (including lost profits or other special damages) omissions, or failure to act of any travel suppliers or of any third party not directly owned or operated by CIT.
Reservation
After having sent the booking enquiry, our travel agent will be pleased to offer a pleasant travel plan according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours. Upon receiving the non-refundable deposit payment, you will be receiving the payment receipt by e-mail and a booking confirmation letter. It is highly recommended that the full or final payment is made 30 days before departure. If any conditions should change after the confirmation,CIT reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
Payment
We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment:
1. Visa or Master Card secure online payment
2. Visa or Master Card by fax
3. Wire transfer.
Cancellation & Refund
Customer who wishes to cancel must provide official notification in written form. We will refund any payment made to travelgogochina.com (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
No less than 30 days before departure: $50 per person
30 to 15 days before departure: $150 per person
14 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the full payment per person
6 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the full payment per person
Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
Alteration of Itinerary
Alternations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. Alterations after payment of the deposit will attract a fee of $25.00 per request. All expenses incurred by CIT in alteration of the booking are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels.
Travel Documentation
Traveller must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. CIT accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
Health Requirements
Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment.
Complaints and Claims
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service CIT has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. CIT will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
