Tour Code: ECT-08Itinerary:Day 01：Arrival in Beijing ( D ) Met at Beijing airport and transferred to your hotel in Beijing. In the afternoon, visit
Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Free for the rest of the day.
Day 02：Beijing ( B L D ) Beginning the day with a visit to
Tiananmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the
Forbidden City that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch, continue to visit
Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden. It is regarded as a museum of gardens in China.
Peking Duck dinner and
Peking Opera Show in the evening. Back to hotel. ( B L D )
Day 03：Beijing ( B L )Today's highlight is to visit the
Badaling Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, continue a visit to Dingling, one of the
Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Back to your hotel in Beijing.
Day 04: Beijing - Jinnan by highspeed train ( B L )After breakfast, take highspeed train D35(08:20-11;26) for Jinan. After lunch, visit the famous Baotu Spring Park. Baotu Spring Park ranks the first among the 72 local springs. Your visit to Jinan is incomeplete with a glimpse of the Baotu Spring Park. Then drive to Taian, first visit Dai Temple at the southen foot of Mt.Taishan. The
Dai Temple is a Taoist temple, the largest and best-preserved architectural complex on
Mt. Taishan. Check in at your hotel in Taian.
Day 05：Tai'an - Qufu by Road ( B L D ) Morning tour of Mountain Tai by cable car.
Mount Taishan is located in central-western part of Shandong Province. Rising 1545 meters above sea level, it is the most significant of the 5 sacred peaks in China. After lunch, drive to Qufu. After dinner, enjoy the Antiquity Music and Dances.
Day 06：Qufu (Yangzhou) - Suzhou by highspeed train ( B L ) First visit
Confucius Temple, built in 478 B.C, a place for offering sacrifices to Confucius in various dynasties. Then visit the
Confucius Family Mansion, the government office and private mansion of Confucius descendants. Then move on to
Confucius Family Graveyard, the largest, the oldest and the best preserved religious tombs and gardens. After lunch, come to Yangzhou and connect highspeed train D195 (17:57-20:27) for for Suzhou. Arrival at Suzhou, met and transfer to your hotel in Suzhou.
Day 07：Suzhou ( B L D ) First visit
Net Master Garden,the best and most celebrated as a model Ming Dynasty Garden in all of Suzhou. Then you will be arranged to stop at
the Ancient City Gate and
Grand Canal for photo taking and exterior viewing ( the admission fees for the two attractions are not included). The Panmen City Gate is the oldest city gate in existence in Suzhou city. Then have a short tour of a silk spinning factory to see how Chinese silk has been produced since the 14th century.
After lunch, Then move on to
Hanshan Temple - the temple used to be one of the 10 most famous temples in China. Continue to visit
Tiger Hill - one of Suzhou's famous site and symbol of Suzhou City. Return to your hotel in Suzhou.
Day 08：Suzhou - Shanghai by road ( B L D ) After breakfast, free till your transfer to Shanghai by road. Met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai. After lunch, visit
Yuyuan Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds. Then move next to the Old City God's Temple Bazaar from the Song Dyansty. In the evening dinner will be served. After dinner, you will be arranged to enjoy the fantastic
Acrobatics show. ( B L D )
Day 09：Shanghai ( B L ) First visit
Shanghai Museum, the selection of over 112,000 Chinese cultural relics from the Old Stone Age to modern times. Then proceed to visit the "Pedestrians only"
Nanjing Road, a walking bustling street that is always packed with people waching other people. Then move on to
the Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. After lunch, go to
Shanghai's new zone - Pudong ( east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Finally take one hour
cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel.
Day 10：Exit from Shanghai Transfer to airport for departure or free on your own.
